Shipping:

All items will be shipped within 2-4 days of purchase and payment.

We ship internationally for a flat rate of $3.50 via priority post.  If you would like to have a tracking number, you can upgrade your order with the listing found here http://www.vivienfrank.com/product/priority-post-with-tracking-upgrade

Approx. shipping times:

USA/AUSTRALIA/ASIA: 5-8 business days

EUROPE: 3-5 business days

Once an item has shipped we can not guarantee delivery by a certain date, though the above noted estimated times of arrival are in 95% correct for most packages. 

Sometimes though for reasons beyond our control packages may take longer to clear customs.  We can only declare a package "missing" after 60 days of the shipping date.  Packages are only insured for $150 with priority tracking which you can find here http://www.vivienfrank.com/product/priority-post-with-tracking-upgrade


Returns and Repairs:

Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns within 7 working days with a full refund minus the shipping for non customized pieces.

Customized items, such as customized initial necklaces or custom sizing pieces( made to order) are not refundable for the full purchase price.

Once an order confirmation has been sent, any cancellation or refund will forfeit 30% - 50% of the purchase price.

Any repair needed due to regular wear and tear, we'll be happy to repair the item free of charge within 5 months of the purchase date. You will need to pay for the shipping to Vivien Frank Designs and we will return it free of costs.
Repairs after the fifth month purchase will incur a cost depending on the time and materials needed to repair it.

SALE ITEMS:

Sale items are final.  If an item does not fit, we are happy to exchange it or grant a gift certificate.
